Covid-19 Travel Precautions and Updates
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
The safety of our guests and employees is our priority. We have been monitoring closely CDC Guidelines and other government and public health experts. We are updating our policies frequently as we receive new information.
THE HOTEL IS OPEN
Our Inn is currently open and we are welcoming guests under the directives issues by the State of NH. The current guidelines require proof of New England residency or a 14-day self-quarantine for out of state guests before your arrival.
We are also modifying Check in/Check out procedures, changes for guest services and access to our gift store.
WE’VE BEEN SOCIALLY DISTANCING FOR YEARS
Our unique property allows plenty of opportunity to socially distance. We are making changes in the restaurant as well with safety in mind. Stay tuned for opening details on the restaurant.
CLEANING PROCEDURES
We are following The American Hotel and Lodging Association’s industry-wide Safe Stay cleaning initiative which provides guidelines for hotels to safely welcome back guests and employees as the economy opens. Safe Stay represents the industry’s ongoing commitment to the health and safety of guests and employees and was created in accordance with CDC guidelines with input from a variety of public health experts, scientists and medical leaders.
OUR CANCELATION POLICY
We understand that circumstances may change where our guests are uncomfortable traveling. Additionally, we ask that our guests postpone their visit if they feel unwell or have been in recent contact with someone with Covid-19. Therefore we are waiving our cancellation policy for 2020.
